Title miR548ai antagonism attenuates exosome-induced endothelial cell dysfunction
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary We performed microarray profiling of microRNAs of dysfunctional human primary aortic SMCs induced by different cytokines (PDGF-BB, TGFβ1, TNFα, IL1β).

Overall design We identified a group of microRNAs that were commonly upregulated in dysfunctional SMCs, which were induced by PDGF-BB, TGFβ1, TNFα, IL1β, respectively.
