Summary |
Using the highly sensitive RNA array, we assessed the effect of 11β-HSD1 and BVT.2733 on modulating RNAs expression in the neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocytes.

Overall design |
In this study, samples from neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocytes transfected either with the expression vector for 11β-HSD1 or co-treated with overexpression 11β-HSD1 vector and 11β-HSD1 inhibitor BVT.2733, or transfected with corresponding empty vector were used to acquire the RNA expression profiling thus to elucidate the possible molecular mechanism underlying the effect of 11β-HSD1 on hypertrophy.
