Rat aortic SMCs were grown to confluency in serum-containing DMEM/F12 media for 3 days, then serum starved in serum-free media for 3 days, and then were treated.

Data processing |
Array normalization and processing was performed using the ExpressionFileCreator module of GenePattern (Broad Institute). MAS5 was used for processing, and normalization was performed with median scaling. Significant differences were defined as fold changes greater or less than or equal to 2 and signal differences in signal intensity greater than or equal to 100.
