Treatment protocol |
hESCs were plated in duplicate overnight before doxycycline was added to the media to half of the wells to induce expression of either RB7LP or T121. Three days after doxycycline treatment began, cells were trypsinized, washed, pelleted and snap frozen before RNA extraction.

hESCs were maintained on irradiated feeders as described previously ((E.Chiao et al. Stem Cells 26, 2032 (Aug, 2008).

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Robust Multichip Average (RMA) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and quantile as normalization method.
