RNA was harvested using TRIzol™ Plus RNA Purification Kit (Invitrogen). 10 ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using U-mRNAseq Library Pre Kit following manufacturer's protocols.
