Sample GSM5652115 Query DataSets for GSM5652115
Status Public on May 07, 2023
Title D542G_ML_E2/P_sample2
Sample type SRA

Source name Mammary mature luminal cells
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics er mutation: D542G
treatment: E2+P4
cell type: Mammary mature luminal cells
Treatment protocol Animals were ovariectomized, then implanted with hormone pellets (placebo, E2, or P4). Hormone pellet incubation for 8 days post-implantation, then tissue harvest.
Growth protocol Animals were raised under standard husbandry methods until 8 weeks of age.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Mammary glands were dissected from treated animals; mature luminal cells were isolated from tissues by FACS. RNA was isolated from mature luminal cells via Qiagen Rneasy Micro Plus kit.
Libraries were prepared from cDNA using the Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation kit.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
