Hybridization protocol Labelled cDNA was hybridised to Human HT-12v4 whole-genome expression beadarrays (Illumina) according to the standard protocol for NuGEN amplified samples.
Scan protocol Scanning was performed on a Illumina scanner using the manufacturers protocol
Description Patient 1 late on-treatment biopsy sequenced using Illumina HT12-V4 technology from fresh frozen.
