Sample GSM2893495 Query DataSets for GSM2893495
Status Public on May 09, 2018
Title Anthers - microspore stage, rep 1
Sample type SRA

Source name anther
Organism Oryza sativa Japonica Group
Characteristics tissue: anther
Stage: microspore stage
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Small RNA libraries were constructed using TruSeq Small RNA Sample Prep kits (Illumina, San Diego, CA). PARE libraries were constructed as previously described (Zhai et al., 2014). All libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 instrument at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute (Newark, DE).

Library strategy ncRNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection size fractionation
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Description small RNA
Data processing Small RNA-seq: the adapter sequences were trimmed from raw sequence reads, and then the small RNA sequences were trimmed to the lengths between 18 and 34 nucleotides. Small RNA reads were mapped to the rice genome (MSU7).
PARE: the adapter sequences were trimmed from raw sequence reads, and then the small RNA sequences were trimmed to the lengths of 20 nucleotides. Small RNA reads were mapped to the rice genome (MSU7).
Genome_build: MSU7
