Data processing |
Data was processed using grape-nf (available at https://github.com/guigolab/grape-nf). RNA-seq reads were aligned to the fly genome (dm6) using STAR 2.4.0j software with up to 4 mismatches per paired alignment using the FlyBase genome annotation r6.05 Gene and transcripts FPKMs were quantified using RSEM.
