Data processing |
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequences, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequences, then mapped to mm10 genome using STAR. Fragments Per Kilobase per Million mapped reads (FPKM) of Refseq genes were caculated. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Excel files of gene names and FPKM values for each sample.
