Extraction protocol Trizol extraction of total RNA (according to the manufacturer's instructions) from skeletal muscle of front and hind limb of fetuses at E15.5 and E16.5, and from tibialis anterior of mice at three weeks of age (P21).
RNA samples were sequenced by the standard Illumina protocol to create raw sequence files (.fastq).
