Data processing |
Genedata Refiner Array software was used to process the cel files. Antigenomic background probes were used for background subtraction before quantile normalization. RMA algorithm was used to aggregate the probe sets on a meta probe set level. Resulting values were shifted to mean value of 100 and further normalized using LOWESS normalization.
