Cy3 labeled cRNA was prepared from 0.2 ug RNA using the One-Color Low Input Quick Amp Labeling kit (Agilent) according to the manufacturer's instructions, followed by RNeasy Mini column purification (QIAGEN, Valencia, CA). cRNA was quantified with the NanoDrop ND-1000 Spectrophotometer

The labelled cRNA was hybridized to the Agilent Whole Mouse Genome Microarray 4x44K v2 following manufacture's protocol.

Arrays were scanned using Agilent G2565A Microarray Scanner System.

Data processing |
The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 9.1.3.1 (Agilent Technology) using default parameters. The raw signal intensities were log2 transformed and normalized by 75 percentile shift using Gene spring GX software (Agilent Technology).
