Label protocol 100 ng of each RNA sample was labeled with the miRNA Complete Labeling Reagent and Hybridization kit (Agilent Technologies) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
 
Hybridization protocol Labeled RNA was hybridized to the mouse miRNA microarray, Release 18.0 (G4872A#38112 Agilent Technologies) with the miRNA Complete Labeling Reagent and Hybridization kit (Agilent Technologies) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Scan protocol Microarray slides were scanned in an Agilent Technologies G2505C Microarray Scanner at 3 micron resolution.
Description Exosomal total RNA from 4T1 cells whose expression of nSMase2 was over-expressed.
Data processing Images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction software version 10.7.3.1 (Agilent) using default parameters (Grid:038112_D_F_20120106) to obtain background subtracted and spatially detrended Processed Signal intensities. Features flagged in Feature Extraction as Feature Non-uniform outliers were excluded.
