total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted using Pico pure RNA isolation kit from Arcturus.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
RNA was amplified and labelled using WT Pico RNA Amplification System, WT-Ovation Exon Module and Encore Biotin Module (NuGEN Technologies)
Hybridization protocol |
Hybridization was done using standard Affymetrix protocols

GeneChip® Scanner 3000,Affymetrix
Description |
RMA expression value derived from Expression Console software; core-exon analysis
Data processing |
The intensity values were Log2-transformed and imported into the Partek Genomics Suite 6.6 (Partek Inc, USA). Exons were summarized to genes and 1-way ANOVA was performed to identify differentially expressed genes. P values and fold-change were calculated for each analysis.
