The mouse endogenous TEL protein was immunoprecipitated with antibody anti-TEL (N-19; Santa Cruz Biotechnology) following the suppliers instructions. Chromatin-immunoprecipitated DNA was amplified using the GenomePlex® Complete Whole Genome Amplification Kit (Sigma-Aldrich Chemie GmbH)
