Data processing |
The data were log2 transformed and quantile normalized using R Bioconductor. Only microarray probes matching curated gene sequences from NCBI RefSeq database (release 51) were selected. A final number of 21,189 curated probes representing the expression of 18,524 different human genes were finally selected for analysis.
