Summary |
To identify genes upregulated by neural activity in the brain of Drosophila melanogaster, we have performed comprehensive gene expression profiling analysis. Samples were prepared from unstimulated animals (1-1 to 1-4) and aniamals which experienced induced neural activity (sample 2-1 to 2-4).

Overall design |
Neural activity-induced gene in D. melanogaster brain was searched by comparing control (w/o stimulation)and experimental (with artificial neural activity) samples. Four independent samples were prepared for each condition.
