Status Public on Dec 22, 2009
Title HTCC1062 glucose versus no carbon log phase
Platform organisms Candidatus Pelagibacter ubique HTCC1002; Candidatus Pelagibacter ubique HTCC1062; Candidatus Pelagibacter sp. HTCC7211
Sample organism Candidatus Pelagibacter ubique HTCC1062
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The primary goal of this experiment is to examine the transcription profiles of HTCC1062 when grown in the presence or absence of D-glucose (30uM final concentration).
Experiment confirmed activity of predicted glycolysis operon.

Overall design Three biological replicates of HTCC1062 grown on glucose (30uM final conc) were compared to three biological replicate control treatments of HTCC1062 grown without glucose in the media.
