Title Induction of steatohepatitis and liver tumorigenesis by enforced Snail expression in hepatocytes
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Enforced Snail expression in hepatocytes is sufficient for induction of steatohepatitis and liver tumorigenesis through disruption of the biliary canaliculus and bile acid homeostasis in the liver.

Overall design We conducted comparative global gene expression analyses between the liver of wild-type (WT) mouse and that of Alb-Cre;CAG-floxed neo-Snail mouse.
