Title DNA methylation analysis in malignant melanoma clinical samples [EPIC array]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by genome tiling array
Summary Comprehensive DNA methylation analysis in malignant melanoma clinical samples and primary melanocyte culture. Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles. Samples included 8 malignant melanoma cases and primary melanocyte culture.

Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from the 8 samples and primary melanocyte culture were hybridised to the Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip.
