Overall design |
We generated endothelial S1pr1 knock-out mice, and induced acute myocardial infarction by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary arteries in these mice and their corresponding WT mice. We applied high-throughout RNA microarray to study gene expression profile in the hearts 5 days after myocardial infarction in WT and endothelial S1pr1 conditional knock-out mice.
