Summary |
To extensively explore its underlying mechanism, our study aims to investigate the effect of β-adrenoceptor (ADRB) signaling on the ECM of human bladder smooth muscle cells (hBSMCs) exposed to pathological hydrostatic pressure.

Overall design |
hBSMCs were exposed to the pathological hydrostatic pressure (100 cm H2O) for 6 h, RT-PCR and western blotting were employed, and combined with the microarray analysis of 3-weeks rat pBOO model to investigate the effect of ADRB signaling on the deposition of hBSMCs ECM.
