Title Effects of vitamin D on CEBPA binding in THP-1 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Three independent repeats of ChIP-seq or ChIPmentation with THP-1 cells after treatment with either 1,25(OH)2D3 (VD) or control (EtOH) using antibody against CEBPA (3 time points).

Overall design THP-1 cells were treated with vitamin D (1,25(OH)2D3) or solvent (EtOH) for 2h, 8h or 24h before performing ChIP-seq or ChIPmentation with antibody against CEBPA.
