Title Adipocytes induce melanoma plasticity by sensitizing cells to TGFb
Platform organisms Homo sapiens; synthetic construct
Sample organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Transcriptome analysis of: 1- WM1716 melanoma cell line transfected with scrambled control or with miR-211. 2- WM3682 cell line mono-cultured or co-cultured with adipocytes.

Overall design Exp.1.We analyzed RNA from WM1716 melanoma line, which were stably transfected with scrambled control or miR-211, using Affymetrix Clarioum S Human Array platform. No techinical replicates were performed.
Exp.2.We analyzed RNA from WM3682 melanoma line, which were mono-cultured orco-cultured with adipocytes for 5 days, using Affymetrix Clarioum S Human Array platform. Two biological replicates were performed.
