Description Developed in the labs of Steve Horvath and Jason Ernst. The mammalian array platform applies to ALL mammals (humans, mouse, rat, sheep, horses, pigs, etc.).
The array design is similar to the Illumina Infinium 450K array but it contains fewer up to 37492 CpGs.
