INTESTINE
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
tissue: INTESTINE prom1 status: NEG strain: C57BL/6 disease state: normal
|
Growth protocol |
A small chuck of normal or tumor tissue was collected and frozen on dry ice immediately after animal was euthanized. For Prom1+ and Prom1- cells isolation, tissues were dissociated into single cells and sorted using anti-Prom1 MicroBeads (Miltenyi Biotec).
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total mRNA was extracted from frozen tissues or sorted Prom1+ and Prom1- cells using PicoPureTM extraction kit (Arcturus).
