control for sucrose feeding (leaf_sucrose1) ecotype: Col-0 developmental stage: full grown leaves of non-flowering plants
|
Treatment protocol |
Source leaves were cut at the end of the day from non-flowering plants. Leaf peteoles were recut under buffer (2mM MES, pH6.5) and placed in buffer + 100mM sorbitol for 13hours in the dark. After incubation discs were snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen.
|
Growth protocol |
Plants were grown in a phytotron with a 14h day / 10h night. Temperature: 20°C / 16°C. Humidity: 60% / 75%. Lightintensity: .
