Data processing |
The normalization was a quantile normalization per the canonical Robust Multi-Chip method. Each sample was used as a stand alone expression value, but those values were normalized to provide a common distribution using the quantile normalization (at the probe level) and summarized using the median polish algorithm (to produce a single log2 transformed value per probe set).
