Description miRNA expression in pair-fed carbohydrate control liver 12h after PHx
Data processing miRNA microarray data were extracted with Agilent Feature Extraction Software 10.7.3.1 (Agilent) and quantile normalized with GeneSpring GX version 11.0.2 (Agilent). An EtOH LLM sample found to be a technical outlier was not used in further analysis and was replaced in analysis with the mean of the three remaining EtOH LLM samples.
