CLC Genomics Workbench v 11.0.1 Sequence reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence/low-quality sequence using FastP Trimmed sequence reads were aligned to the Drosophila melanogaster transcriptome using STAR (parameters: -runThreadN -runMode genome Generate) Read counts were calculated by couting all the reads that overlapped any exon for each gene using featureCounts.
