Library strategy: CUT&Tag FASTQ files were output using standard Illumina protocols and software. Reads were aligned to the mouse genome by Rsubread version 2.0.1 Read counts were summarized by genomic regions - Gene bodies, TSS - 5 kb to TSS regions, and TES to TES + 5 kb regions - using the Rsubread's featureCounts function and mm10 NCBI annotation. Genome_build: mm10 (NCBI build 38.1) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-delimited text files for gene body counts; columns represent Entrez Gene ID, total gene length (total base count of all exons) and the number of reads mapping to that gene. Tab-delimited text files for other region counts around TSS and TES of genes; columns represent Entrez Gene ID, and the number of reads mapping to that region.
