Data processing |
Illumina bcl2fastq software used for basecalling UMI count matrices generated using the Cellranger count pipeline with force_counts set to 2000. The output from the cellranger count pipeline for each sample has been uploaded as a folder containing count, barcode, and gene matrices. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Compressed tar archives containing the raw UMI count matrices for each sample, as well as matrices with gene symbols and barcodes.
