Description

Isolated human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMC) from a patient with idiopathic pulmonary hypertensiion (IPAH) were isolated and treated with vehicle + 200nM BMP-2 for 24 hours. RNA was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy kit and prepared for microarray using the Bioarray High Yield Kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from total RNA.
