Female NOD/SCID mice were obtained from in house breeding at the ISREC mouse facility. Female mice were between 8 and 10 weeks old at the beginning of experiments. Pregnancy was timed by checking for vaginal plugs early mornings for 4 days after setting up breeding couples.
