Sample GSM4550146 Query DataSets for GSM4550146
Status Public on May 21, 2021
Title SC-3: small cell MALT lymphoma 3
Sample type genomic

Source name gastric resection
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics gender,age, tissue type: F, 80, cryopreserved
gender: F
age: 80
tissue: small cell MALT lymphoma
tissue type: cryopreserved
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol A tumor cell content of at least 70% was ensured based on morphologic inspection in every sample analyzed herein. Extraction of DNA from FFPE tissue was performed using the truXTRAC FFPE DNA micro Tube Kit (Covaris, USA) . DNA extraction from cryo-preserved material was performed using the QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (Qiagen, Germany).
Label Cy3 and Cy5
Label protocol Standard Illumina Protocol

Hybridization protocol Bisulphite converted DNA was amplified, fragmented and hybridised to Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip
Scan protocol Arrays were imaged using iScan using standard recommended Illumina scanner setting
Data processing GenomeStudio software (v2011.1; methylation module 1.9.0)
GenomeStudio software (v2011.1; methylation module 1.9.0) normalized avg. beta values. For data normalization, the intrinsic controls present on the array were used.
