Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on mouse genome 430 2.0 array chips. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS) using MAS5 Statistical algorithm. The data in the matrix table are normalized by global scaling, and the mean target signal was set to 500.
