The normalization was performed using the raw Ct value-average of raw Cts for all miRNAs with reliable results Target miRNA signals normalized to the average; 2^-deltaCt, where deltaCt = (Ct_Target − Ct_miRNA mean)] The web-based software package gives the raw threshold cycle data.
