Description
Male SD rats were given a single dose of 0.9% saline as a vehicle. Animal was sacrificed 48hrs post-dosing. Total RNA was extracted using the RNA STAT-60 kit from Tel-Test inc. Approximately 2ug of RNA from each sample was pooled (10ug total) and labeled according to the standard Affymetrix protocol. Signal values were calculated using the MAS 5.0 algorithm, with global scaling to 1500.
