Sample GSM4193037 Query DataSets for GSM4193037
Status Public on Jul 19, 2020
Title dve-1 RNAi rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name the whole organism
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Characteristics strain: glp-4(bn2)
developmental stage: Day1 of adulthood
knockdown: dve-1 RNAi
Treatment protocol atp-2 RNAi bacterial culture solution was seeded 30 hours later after worms cultured on the empty vector RNAi, hda-1 RNAi or dve-1 RNAi clones.
Growth protocol Synchronized worms were raised on RNAi at 20°C. Synchronized from L1 to Day of adulthood stage
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing Reads were aligned to the C. elegans genome (ce11) using TopHat2 (v2.1.1, --read-mismatches 6 --read-edit-dist 6 --min-anchor 8 --segment-length 26).
Uniquely mapped reads were used for further analysis.
Gene expression level and differentially expressed genes were generated by Cufflinks.
Genome_build: C. elegans genome (ce11)
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Excel file contains gene FPKM.
