Data processing |
The data was initially analysed by AB array which is a software package written in R for the quality assessment and automated statistical analysis of Applied Boisystems expression array system data. AB array provides Quality control graphical output, data integrity graphical output, statistical processing and statistical graphical output.The data is then analysed using spotfire statistical software. The data is first normalised (trim mean normalization) and samples are being grouped into controls and samples. The two groups are then compared for fold change expression and the data is then merged with the pathways wrt probe IDs and Gene IDs.
