Sample GSM3681657 Query DataSets for GSM3681657
Status Public on Jun 08, 2020
Title Skeletal Muscle Exe1
Sample type SRA

Source name Skeletal Muscle
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Muscle satellite cells (SCs)
cell states: Trained
treatment: Exercise
Treatment protocol The mice in the exercise groups were subjected to 4 weeks of running exercise (4 days/week, 30 min/day at 12 m/min)
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol About 800 SCs were isolated by FACS and the mRNA library constructed using QIAseq FX Single Cell RNA Library Kit (QIAGEN) according to the manufacturer’s instruction
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Data processing Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to mm10 whole genome using bowtie v0.12.9.
Reads Per Kilobase of exon per Megabase of library size (RPKM) was performed with Cufflinks v2.1.1, aligned reads were counted with HTSeq.
Genome_build: mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample ...
