Characteristics |
sham treated human dermal skin fibroblasts. Human neonatal skin fibroblasts (FB) were obtained from Lifeline Cell Technology; Walkersville, MD and grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium, Gibco (Gaithersburg, MD) supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) and penicillin/ streptomycin (1000U per ml, Gibco) to sub-confluence. Fourth passage FB were used at a confluence of 60-70% in 12-well tissue culture plates.
