Data processing |
Raw data were firstly scaled using GCOS 1.1.1 software to a target signal of 500. Data were then imported into GeneSpring GX (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) when a ‘per gene normalisation’ to the median expression level of the gene across all samples was performed.
