Following fragmentation, 10 microg of cRNA was hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Zebrafish Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000.

Description |
Lymphoid cells (FS-low, SS-low) from zebrafish kidney were subdivided into the SP and MP population (referred to as "zSP" and "zMP") based on the Hoechst fluorescence intensity.

Expression values were calculated by RMA algorithm using the affy package of Bioconductor (http://www.bioconductor.org/).
