Growth protocol |
A human HCC cell line, Huh-7, was obtained from the Riken Bioresource Center (Tsukuba, Japan). The cell line was grown in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium (American Type Culture Collection) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum at 37C in a 5% CO2 atmosphere.

Raw scan data were normalized using rma() function in Bioconductor's affy package (http://www.bioconductor.org/). For the analysis in the manuscript, the normalized signals were further collapsed into gene symbols by taking median values.
