Growth protocol Arabidopsis thaliana columbia 0 as wt and copt5-2 mutant (knockout mutant T-DNA insertion) seeds were grown during 7 days. The growth medium was 1/2 MS, supplemented by Cu 1uM in the control conditions and by BCS 100uM for the treatment, in order to generate severe Cu defficiency. Light conditions were DHLC(12/12) and the material was collected after 12 hours of light. 3 biological replicates with 4 samples of each one were collected (in total 12 samples).
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Quiagen RNeasy Plant Mini Kit was employed to obtain total RNA from samples studied. The extraction protocol followed the manufacturer instructions
