100ng of Total RNA were used. cDNA samples were generated and labeled using Ambion WT Expression Kit and Affymetrix GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling Kit.

Hybridization protocol |
2ug ss cDNA in 80 ul were hybridized to a Mouse Gene 1.0 ST array using Affymetrix hybridization kit materials and hybridized for 17 hours at 45° at 60rpm. Post-hyb washes were done with Affymetrix wash solutions on the FS450 station using FS450_0007 protocol.
