RNA extraction was performed with the Arcturus PicoPure RNA extraction kit (Applied Biosystems/Life Technologies) according to manufucturer's protocols, treated with DNase (Qiagen, Valencia, CA), and amplified twice using a Nugen WT-Ovation kit (San Carlos, CA). RNA integrity was confirmed by Agilent 2100 Bioanayzer (Santa Clara, CA).
