Title |
SiR-stat-L2 |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
leg imaginal disc
|
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Characteristics |
developmental time point: third instar wandering larvae strain: Hand dissection genotype: UAS-scrib-RNAi, UAS-Ras[v12]/+; hh-Gal4, UAS-GFP/ UAS-Stat92E-TRiP[HMS00035]-RNAi
|
Treatment protocol |
Wandering third instar larvae were collected and eye-antennal, leg, and wing imaginal discs were isolated by dissection for each genotype on the day indicated. Dissection tools and surfaces were prepared with RNA-Zap(Sigma). Discs were dissected from 35-50 larvae and transferred into RNAse-free 1xPBS on ice. In each genotype replicate 1 and replicate 2 represent independent dissections.
|
Growth protocol |
All flies were raised at 25˚C on standards fly food
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted using RNAeasy mini spin kit (Qiagen). Quality control, library preparation and sequencing were performed by VIB Nucleomics Core Facility (Leuven, BE)
